We are pleased to announce that after taking the precautions of temporarily closing Olde Wyrley Hall we will be re-opening on Monday 19th October.
A thorough deep clean has been carried out and I am pleased to say that staff and family are fit and well.
Great Wyrley is currently in Tier 1 of the government's 3 tier system. Therefore, tier 1 rules will apply to the pub.
Thank You for all of the support that you have given over the last few weeks and look forward to seeing you soon.

We are looking forward to seeing you again
Thank you for your patience while we have been closed.
Preparations are complete for welcoming you back.
Please make sure you are well when visiting us. If you have a temperature or feel unwell then please stay at home.
Risk assessments have been carried out and all members of our team have received full Covid19 training.
Hand washing procedures and social distancing measures have been put into place. Hand-sanitiser stations are installed in various locations inside the hall.
The risks associated with coronavirus have led to some adjustments in how we will operate in future, in order to prioritise your safety while visiting. We have incorporated advice from the government and health & safety procedures.
Non-medical face-coverings, protective visors and gloves will be made available to all members of our team.
Cleaning all areas of the Hall will be increased. All toilets will be sanitised regularly by members of our team. Tables will be cleared and sanitised after every use.
The government log will be available in the entrance which is a government requirement for the Track & Trace system.
Please do not move any furniture as we have arranged them to adhere with social distancing rules and regulations.
All doors will be left open for ventilation and to stop them from being touched, please do not close any of the doors that we have opened.
Please keep all children seated during your visit and supervise them during all toilet visits.
Additional seating has been made available in the outside area.
We ask that you sit at a table and do not stand to drink.
Once you have been served, please move away from the bar.
Vaping will no longer be permitted inside Olde Wyrley Hall.
We hope that the approach which we have taken gives you sufficient confidence when returning to visit us.
We look forward to seeing you soon.
